INVITATION to Convene an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Public Benefit Non-Profit Association “Local Fisheries Action Group Ruse – Ivanovo – Borovo”

The Management Board of the public benefit non-profit association “Local Fisheries Action Group Ruse – Ivanovo – Borovo”, pursuant to Article 22, paragraph 2 of the Articles of Association, hereby convenes an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Association.

The General Assembly will be held on 25 March 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at 6 Svoboda Square, Floor 3, Conference Hall, Ruse, Bulgaria.

Agenda

  1. Adoption of the 2026 Budget of FLAG Ruse – Ivanovo – Borovo;
  2. Other business.

In the absence of a quorum, pursuant to Article 27 of the Bulgarian Non-Profit Legal Entities Act and Article 26, paragraph 1 of the Articles of Association, the meeting shall be held one hour later at the same venue and with the same agenda, and shall be deemed duly constituted regardless of the number of members present.
