FLAG General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of FLAG Ruse – Ivanovo – Borovo. It brings together all members of the Association and defines the main directions for its development. The General Assembly adopts key decisions related to the strategic management, activities, and future development of the organisation.
Its responsibilities include adopting and amending the Statutes, approving the Community-Led Local Development Strategy, electing the Management Board, and approving the Association’s annual activity reports.
Through its work, the General Assembly ensures transparency, participation, and a balanced representation of the public, private, and civil society sectors.
