Management Board
FLAG Management Board
The Management Board is the executive governing body of FLAG Ruse – Ivanovo – Borovo. It is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Association and for implementing the decisions adopted by the General Assembly.
The Management Board oversees the Association’s ongoing activities, coordinates the implementation of the Community-Led Local Development (CLLD) Strategy, and ensures the effective operation of the organisation.
Its responsibilities include preparing decisions and official documents, managing project implementation processes, and facilitating cooperation among the various stakeholders.
