The Management Board of the Association “Local Fisheries Action Group Ruse – Ivanovo – Borovo”, pursuant to Article 22, paragraph 2 of the Articles of Association, hereby convenes an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Association.
The General Assembly will be held on 10 June 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at 6 Svoboda Square, Floor 3, Conference Hall, Ruse, Bulgaria.
Agenda
- Adoption of the Internal Rules of Procedure of the Association “Local Fisheries Action Group Ruse – Ivanovo – Borovo”;
- Adoption of a Resolution on the Association “Local Fisheries Action Group Ruse – Ivanovo – Borovo” becoming a member of the Bulgarian National Association of Local Fisheries Action Groups, and designation of Ms. Magdalina Ilieva, Executive Director, as the Association’s representative at the General Assembly of the Bulgarian National Association of Local Fisheries Action Groups;
- Adoption of a Resolution approving amendments to the Budget under Administrative Contract No. MDR-IP-01-9/09.02.2026, and adoption of the revised Budget of the Association “Local Fisheries Action Group Ruse – Ivanovo – Borovo”;
- Adoption of a Resolution approving amendments to the 2026 Annual Budget of the Association “Local Fisheries Action Group Ruse – Ivanovo – Borovo”, and adoption of the revised 2026 Annual Budget;
- Other business.
In the absence of a quorum, pursuant to Article 27 of the Bulgarian Non-Profit Legal Entities Act and Article 26, paragraph 1 of the Articles of Association, the meeting shall be held one hour later at the same venue and with the same agenda, and shall be deemed duly constituted regardless of the number of members present.
